The home has 2 levels. The main level has 2 bdrm, 2 bath, full kitchen, living room, and 2 dining areas. The lower level has 2 bdrm, 1 bath, full kitchen and living area.

PRICING:

Our Upper Level  Rents for $125 per night for Double Occupancy.

Up to 4 additional occupants can be accommodated for $25 per person per night.

Amenities Include: 1 Queen Size Bed, 1 Full Size Bed,  Large Wrap Around Deck, Large Covered Porch, Fully Furnished Kitchen, two Fully Furnished Bathrooms including Towels & Wash Cloths, Large Dining Room, Large Living Room, Breakfast Area and Free Wifi.

Upper and Lower Levels 4 Bedrooms, 2 Kitchens, 3 Baths, 2 Living Rooms and Dining Areas can be Rented for $200 per night for 4 Occupants.

Up to 4 additional occupants can be accommodated for $25 per person per night.

Additional Amenities with Lower Level:  Additional Kitchen, Bath, Living Room Area, and 2 Bedrooms each with Queen Size Beds.

Lower Rates available for 3 or more consecutive nights.

$100 Deposit Required.  Deposit Forfeited in event of Cancellations in 7 days or less before arrival date.
